Dear Friend:
We continue to move forward with our next church planting venture
for Wisconsin. We would like to thank you for partnering with us over the
years, after all WCMA exists as a resource for the churches of Wisconsin
to plant churches.
We believe that every church should be involved in church planting,
which is the “most effective evangelistic strategy on earth” (Peter
Wagner). Many churches do not have the resources to plant churches on
their own, but can combine their efforts through an organization like
WCMA, so we continue seeking to partner with you to plant churches in
Wisconsin.
WCMA has a long history of planting churches from Waupaca to
Wisconsin Rapids to Appleton and other locations. Others have also
planted churches and partnered to plant churches in Wisconsin.
Now we are forming a new network of partners to plant another church
in Wisconsin. We hope that a church planted by a network of partners will
be the first of many that the network will be able to plant together in
the years ahead.
We have made progress on
two fronts during 2009 toward a church plant:
1. We are saving money toward our goal of $50,000 to begin
moving forward on a plant and are making progress toward that goal.
2. We are talking to a significant partner for a plant that
will also open the door to talk to other potential partners.
You can help us move these
two efforts forward as we end 2009 and move into 2010 by partnering with
us through regular monthly support to WCMA or by directly committing
money toward the church that will be planted through this network.
If you do not currently
support us, but would be willing to do so, please follow this link -- http://www.wcma.net/assets/applets/commitment.pdf
-- to a form that you can print, fill out, and mail to the address below
or email the information in the form to this email address: wcmainc@wcma.net. We will put 75% of
all new gifts directly into our church plant fund.
Also, please continue to
pray that God will open up the doors for a future church plant.
God Bless,

Kenneth E. Henes
Executive Director
